DISPATCH TIME

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking link on SMS/Email once your order is shipped.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch

  • Non-metro areas: 5–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote locations: 7–10 business days depending on courier availability

Note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to weather, strikes, or unforeseen events.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link via SMS/Email.
You can also track your order anytime from the “Track Order” page on our website.

ISSUES WITH DELIVERY?

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged,
please contact us at raocolifestyle@gmail.com with your Order ID.
Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours.

NOTE

  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct while placing the order.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us.
