Return & Exchange Policy

At RAOCO, we believe in crafting pieces that feel as good as they look. If something doesn't fit right, we’ve got your back.

ELIGIBILITY 
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- In the case of exchange additional 199/- will be charged.
- In the case of return additional 299/- will be charged.

We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or limited-edition products

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

  1. Email us at Raocolifestyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and issue details.

  2. Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.

  3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.

  4. After we receive and inspect the product, your exchange will be processed.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Reverse pickups are available in select pin codes only.

  • Size exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • In case of an approved return, we will issue a store credit coupon (no refunds).

  • Used, washed, ironed, or damaged products will not be accepted.
