Return & Exchange Policy
At RAOCO, we believe in crafting pieces that feel as good as they look. If something doesn't fit right, we’ve got your back.
ELIGIBILITY
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
- In the case of exchange additional 199/- will be charged.
- In the case of return additional 299/- will be charged.
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Customized or limited-edition products
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE

Email us at Raocolifestyle@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and issue details.

Our team will verify your request within 24–48 hours.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.

After we receive and inspect the product, your exchange will be processed.
IMPORTANT NOTES

Reverse pickups are available in select pin codes only.

Size exchanges depend on stock availability.

In case of an approved return, we will issue a store credit coupon (no refunds).

Used, washed, ironed, or damaged products will not be accepted.
